Our food really is local. We have worked with many of our supplier for over 20 years and are part of the family.
Our chicken comes from Essex, cooked whole in Stratford with no additives or preservatives. Delivered fresh daily, the bones are then used to make our chicken soup – real sustainability.
Our salmon is from Scotland, smoked in the East End of London, and without doubt the finest in the world.
